Legal Entity & Payment Processing
FitApp (fitapp.in / app.fitapp.in) is an official digital platform owned, managed, and operated by M4E (m4e.in). All online subscription payments, platform passes, and digital transactions conducted on FitApp are processed securely under our parent legal entity M4E via authorized payment gateways (including Razorpay). Billing statements for FitApp purchases will display as M4E or FitApp by M4E.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FitApp platform, web applications, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. User Accounts & Membership
Members, trainers, and gym owners are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. You must provide accurate, complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.
3. Workout Tracking & Milestone Certificates
FitApp provides tools for tracking workout sessions and generating official achievement certificates. Certificates issued on FitApp are verified records of gym membership and workout consistency. Users agree not to tamper with or falsify achievement records.
4. Gym Subscriptions & Payments
Payments processed through FitApp for gym memberships, subscriptions, or digital wallets are subject to the applicable refund and cancellation policies of the specific gym or platform service provider.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform guidelines, engage in fraudulent behavior, or disrupt platform operations.
