1 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or browsing the FitApp website and mobile apps, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are registering on behalf of a commercial fitness club or independent training studio, you represent that you possess the authority to bind that entity.
2 User Accounts & Security
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activities or actions taken under your account. Notify us immediately upon discovering unauthorized account access.
3 Gym Memberships & Turnstile Entry
Joining a partner gym or trainer via FitApp initiates a direct member-facility relationship. Turnstile QR check-in permits entry only while your membership or day pass remains in active standing. Facility owners maintain independent jurisdiction over physical safety rules and operating schedules.
4 Subscriptions & Billing
FitApp platform fees, standard passes, and gym memberships are processed via certified payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay). All fees are clearly stated prior to confirmation. In the event of subscription termination, access continues until the end of the paid billing cycle.
5 Milestone Certificates Authenticity
FitApp milestone certificates are generated based on telemetry workout data logged in the platform. Falsifying workout records or manipulating system time may result in certification forfeiture and profile suspension.
6 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.
